- An electric shower must have its own dedicated, RCD-protected circuit run from the consumer unit, with a correctly rated isolator — it can't share a socket or lighting circuit.
- A higher-kW shower draws more current and may need a thicker cable and a larger breaker — we check the existing supply before quoting.
- Electrical work in a bathroom is notifiable under Part P; we test, certify and notify it so you have proof of compliance.
